Project Overview

PAL Accounting had the brains, experience, and heart, but their brand was still wearing its 90s suit and tie. Outdated visuals and stiff messaging didnt do justice to the approachable, wise team actually running the show. They werent just doing tax returns; they were helping business owners find clarity, balance, and growth. But from the outside? Youd never know it. The challenge was to evolve their brand from the accountant you see once a year to the advisor you actually want in your corner.


We gave PAL a brand that matched their personality; smart, human, and quietly confident. Through a new strategy, visual identity, photoshoot, and website, we transformed the business from traditional accounting firm to modern-day business coach. The copy dropped the jargon, the design added warmth, and the photography captured real people, not calculators. The new brand struck a chord. Clients loved it, and even new hires said it was the reason they joined. Turns out, when you look the part, the right people take notice.
